The remote control of my Philips Fan is not working

Check if the child lock is activated on the appliance. The appliance does not respond to the remote control when the child lock is activated.

Out of batteries

The remote control could be out of batteries. Check if batteries are correctly installed in the remote control or replace them with new batteries.

Object blocks the signals

Ensure the remote control aims at the signal receiver of the appliance and clears out the objects that may block the signals.

Adjust distance or angle

Signal reception can be affected by distance and angle. Try adjusting the distance or angle between your Philips fan and the location where you use the remote control.
