Our terms and conditions

  1. This campaign is only applicable to walk in consumers. Consumers must bring their items to a Best Arabian Trading service center in Jeddah, Riyadh, or Khobar to take part in the campaign. Items brought to our retailer partners will not be accepted.
  2. Items must be picked up from the service center once completed.
  3. Only defective items will be accepted. This will be determined by the certified Philips technician in the service center.  Once submitted, consumer items will be diagnosed and a diagnosis and resolution report will be provided within 2 business days.
  4. The consumer should provide the offer acceptance within 2 weeks from receiving the offer. If the confirmation is not received within 2 weeks, the offer lapses and becomes invalid.
  5. Only Domestic Appliance and Personal Care items are included in the campaign. This includes the following categories:

6. This campaign is only applicable to items that have exceeded the warranty period.

    a. Warranty will be determined as using either of the below:

        i. Proof of Purchase (POP) date, when available

        ii. Production date, when POP is not available

    b. Repair entitlement conditions can be found here  

7. When an item is repairable, the repair will be free of charge.

    a. Repairable items are those for which spare parts are available and are economically feasible to repair

8. Repair will be completed within 10 business days.

9. When an item is not repairable, the consumer will be offered a discount on the standard recommended retail price of an upgraded item from the same category.
