Cannot find Philips SoundBar when scanning for devices

Please make sure the following:

  • You have set up the network as shown in the ‘Set up your network’ section’ in the user manual
  • All the devices are connected to the network
  • The WiFi signal received by your device is strong
  • The downloaded apps is DLNA-compatible
