Resolve it yourself:
- The BlueTouch micro USB plug is not inserted into the micro USB socket properly or the standard USB plug is not inserted into the USB port of your computer properly; Insert the micro USB plug into the micro USB socket properly and check the connection to the computer. Make sure the computer is switched on.
- The standard USB plug is not inserted or not inserted properly into the USB port of the computer; Insert the standard USB plug into the USB port of the computer properly.
- The battery of the laptop into which you have plugged the USB cord is running low; Connect the laptop to the mains.
