The BlueTouch charging light does not start flashing green when I connect the USB cable to the computer.

There may be several reasons why the charging light of your Philips BlueTouch is not flashing green when the USB cable is connected to the computer.

Resolve it yourself:

  • The BlueTouch micro USB plug is not inserted into the micro USB socket properly or the standard USB plug is not inserted into the USB port of your computer properly; Insert the micro USB plug into the micro USB socket properly and check the connection to the computer. Make sure the computer is switched on.
  • The standard USB plug is not inserted or not inserted properly into the USB port of the computer; Insert the standard USB plug into the USB port of the computer properly.
  • The battery of the laptop into which you have plugged the USB cord is running low; Connect the laptop to the mains.
