Published on 2016-10-04

If the infrared sensor senses a too high temperature, the BlueTouch Pain Relief Patch switches off. The skin temperature is too high.

Cool down

Remove the BlueTouch Pain Relief patch from your body.
Let BlueTouch cool down for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the LEDs go on in power-save mode. Put BlueTouch back on your skin and continue your treatment.
