SMART USB Record is a recording feature of the TV that allows:
Simultaneously recording and watching digital TV program. You can go back to watch the movie where you left off, while the rest of the program is continuously being recorded onto the USB memory device.
Scheduled digital TV program recording via the IP-EPG (Internet Program Guide). You can schedule the recording of one or several of the listed programs. You can also play back the content that is recorded on a USB storage device, but this is only possible on the TV that was used during the recording. We recommend the use of a HDD USB memory device as video recordings require a large amount of hard disk space.
