My Philips Grill’s plates are not evenly heated

To make sure that the grill plates are heating up and cooking your food evenly:

• Check if the grill plates are properly aligned and seated in place.
• Make sure the food is evenly spaced on the grill plates.
• Adjust the temperature to an even setting and allow the grill to preheat thoroughly.
