The coating has been damaged by incidental scratching
Some spots/marks can appear on the dough hook or beater of your Philips Kitchen Machine due to incidental scratching or contact of the coating. For example, this can happen during cleaning with harsh cleaning tools and/or while placing the basket.
Note: Please, avoid cleaning your Philips Kitchen Machine with steel wire brush or a hard bristle brush, as this might damage the coating of the dough hook or beater.
