How do I clean my Philips VisaCare?

Clean the treatment tip after every use for hygienic reasons and to prevent clogging of the filter. Only use washing-up liquid or an alcohol solution (max. 70%) to clean the treatment tip. Make sure the appliance is switched off before you start cleaning it. Remove the tip from the device. Clean the treatment tip under the tap with hot water and some washing-up liquid.

If the exfoliation ring is dirty, let the tip soak in hot water with washing-up liquid for 5-10 minutes. You can use the brush to clean it. Make sure you clean the filter with the treatment tip upside down to rinse off any dirt left in the filter. Dry the treatment tip with a lint-free towel or let it air-dry. Clean the handle with a damp cloth. Wipe the charging stand with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the appliance in water.

Do not use chemicals to clean the appliance. Never use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive liquids such as petrol or acetone to clean the appliance.

Always keep the adapter and the charging stand dry. Never rinse them under the tap or immerse them in water.
