My Philips All-in-One Ironing Solution makes a croaking sound

The head of the all-in-one ironing solution may produce a croaking sound if the hose forms a U-shape while using the appliance. This happens because the water condensed in it cannot flow back to the water tank. Please raise the steam head so that the hose is vertically straightened.
