Hello friends! One pad was lost. New pads can not be purchased, they are not for sale! The headphones are great, the headphones are working, but I can't use them?! Why?! How so? Why can't I buy new pads?! Friends, tell me what to do? Your colleagues from Russia cannot resolve this issue. Help me! Waiting for your response!

Disappointed

Bought these after reading many reviews indicating that they were good. I have found them to be loose on the ear, sometimes falling off and too quiet even on full volume. They let in too much ambient sound. I am very disappointed with the design so will keep on looking for a better set of sport earphones
