Azur ProSteam iron

This iron is excellent for use , not to heavy with long wire and is brilliant with all kind of fabrics .

Easy to use and nice design. I would definitely recommend this as it is a really good iron and makes the ironing much easier.

It has a long cable, good sized water tank and excellent steam generation. Its glides through wrinkles and creases with ease and is steady on its base when stood upright due to the weight, this is without the iron being heavy. Its made from good quality materials and is not a noisy iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried this iron on damp clothes, line dried, radiator dried and tumble dried. It’s fabulous! Immediately the iron is well packaged with simple to follow instructions along with an intuitive design so it’s easy to use. Nice and wide water filling hole and plenty of water capacity. The cord is very long - much longer than on my previous irons. It heats up very quickly and is heavy enough to get even stubborn denim creases out whilst not being cumbersome. There’s a range of temperatures and choice of steam modes and spray. I would highly recommend this iron. It’s halved my ironing time and can tackle a wide range of fabrics. It has a large sole plate which again makesnironing items quick and easy. You can even use it on hanging curtains! Also has a safety automatic cut off, which is great if you’re forgetful like me and can’t remember if you’ve switched the iron off!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good piece of kit. It is robust, heats up quickly, and the sole plate glides nicely on pretty much anything I want to iron. The steam production is excellent, and can tame the most difficult linen shirts. The power cable is just the right length, and it wraps up neatly around the base of the iron, with a clip to keep it neat and tidy One minor complaint, would be that some of the plastic parts are perhaps a bit more flexible than they should be, but this really is minor - it doesn't detract from the performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little sceptical at first whether or not an increase in steam pressure would actually benefit me, I've tried a few steam irons in the past that have all the usual claims & "increased tanks", "high steam pressure" etc but whilst using the Philips Azur Pro Steam iron I was pleasantly surprised. All over, it's a great product to use. The steam pressure gets through creases in no time which has significantly cut the amount of time required ironing. The range of settings seem incredibly comparable to anything else on the market in this bracket whilst the ability to use the iron as an upright steamer for clothes that are hanging is an added bonus. I'm a big fan of the overall design of the iron aside for one thing, everywhere is exactly where you'd expect it to be which makes for incredibly intuitive use however the steam button underneath the handle can get in the way a little. It's probably where you'd want it to be but I found I had to adjust the way I gripped the iron when using it as I kept hitting the button & randomly dispensing steam when I didn't need it, a minor issue but one to be aware of in case you catch yourself with the burst of steam. The only other minor issue I found with the iron is that whilst the water tank is sizable if you're ironing heavy items or more heavily creased items, the tank can drain quite fast due to the amount of steam required. I personally found that even on shorter stints, ironing things such as denim starting on a full tank, within 5 minutes or so the tank was around 2/3's empty. Overall, through the minor flaws, an all-round quality product. Fast ironing with great results, you can't ask for much more than that. The additional features are a nice benefit but I don't find myself using them all too often. I'd highly recommend the product.
